How long does it take to create an e-learning module?
On average, a 30-minute e-learning module takes between 6 and 8 weeks, from design to delivery. This timeline varies depending on content complexity and desired interactions.
Do you offer packages or hourly rates?
We primarily work on a project basis, calculated according to your specific needs with a range of minimum and maximum hours. This gives you a clear picture of costs from the start. An hourly rate is available for consulting mandates.
Are you a non-profit organization? We'd be happy to offer you a preferential rate!
What is an LMS and do I need one?
An LMS (Learning Management System) is a platform that lets you deliver, manage, and track your online training. It's where your learners access content, complete modules, and receive their certificates.
Do you need an LMS? It depends on your goals. If you want to track your learners' progress, issue certificates, or sell your training, an LMS is generally the best option. However, if you have a simpler need, we can also integrate your content directly into your existing website. We'll evaluate together the solution best suited to your reality.
How do you integrate AI into your projects?
There are two main types of AI integration in our projects: generative AI for content creation (text, images, narration, etc.) and reactive AI to enrich the user experience through, for example, dynamic feedback on open-ended questions or a learning assistant.
For generative AI, we prioritize human work but use it as an option to optimize budgets or timelines. We never impose it: you choose the approach (human or AI-assisted) at every step.

Zaprène is a new company, but its team has been working together for several years in instructional design and e-learning production.
